OVERVIEW
Welcome to Zreeba! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zreeba. Zreeba operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Zreeba is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully: they include important information about your rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, to the extent permitted by law.
By visiting, using or interacting with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use our Services.
This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence and that you authorize any minors in your care to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or buying our products, you may be asked for certain information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You guarantee that this information is accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

ARTICLE 3 – OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible. Colors or product appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings.
Product descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue any product and limit the quantities offered to any person, region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
Our massage and wellness products are comfort and relaxation accessories. They are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read the precautions on each product page.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Zreeba may accept or decline an order for a legitimate reason (for example: product unavailable, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud). Your order is accepted when Zreeba sends you a confirmation email after payment is received. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will tell you using the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided, and any amount already paid will be refunded.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy and Article 7 below.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The total order amount, including shipping, is shown before you confirm payment. The price charged is the one in effect when you place your order, as shown in your confirmation email.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed. One-off promotions may have their own conditions; if they conflict with these Terms, the promotion conditions prevail.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase, payment and account information, and you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; Zreeba does not have access to your full card details.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
We deliver to France and the European countries listed on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of ordering (or within the time stated at purchase), you may, after asking us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, cancel the contract and receive a full refund, in accordance with articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
In accordance with article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier we offer) take physical possession of the products.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, tell us your decision with a clear statement (for example by email to zreebastore@gmail.com), or use the model form below.
You must send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision. We will refund all amounts paid, including the original shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your request; we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of shipment. The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order. You may be held liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Our Refund Policy also gives you a 30-day return period; it never reduces your statutory rights.

ARTICLE 8 – STATUTORY WARRANTIES
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have two years from delivery to act. You may choose between repair or replacement, subject to the cost conditions set by law. Except for second-hand goods, you do not need to prove the defect existed during the 24 months following delivery.
If you invoke the guarantee against hidden defects, you may choose between cancelling the sale or a price reduction, in accordance with article 1644 of the French Civil Code.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, belong to Zreeba, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, republishing, downloading, storing or transmitting any content of the Services without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Zreeba's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Zreeba or its licensors. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos on the Services belong to their respective owners.

ARTICLE 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to tools offered by third parties, which we do not control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty or endorsement from us. You use them at your own risk; please review the relevant provider's terms. New features we may offer in the future are also subject to these Terms.

ARTICLE 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy. If you visit these sites, you do so at your own risk. Any complaint about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

ARTICLE 12 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Zreeba is powered by Shopify. However, sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Zreeba. Shopify is not a party to the sales contracts between you and Zreeba.

ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal information we collect through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Some information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 14 – REVIEWS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content (“Contributions”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the duration of the relevant rights, to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display those Contributions to operate and promote the Services.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to your Contributions, that you have disclosed any compensation received in connection with them, and that they do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive or malicious content. We may, without obligation, moderate or remove any Contribution that breaks the law or these Terms.

ARTICLE 15 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typos, inaccuracies or omissions, notably in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times or availability. We may correct them at any time. If an order contains an obvious pricing error, we will let you know and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

ARTICLE 16 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. In particular, you may not use them to: (a) pursue any illegal or malicious purpose; (b) break any regulation; (c) infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) harass, insult, defame or intimidate anyone; (e) send false or misleading information; (f) send unsolicited advertising; (g) impersonate anyone; (h) transmit viruses or malicious code; (i) collect other people's personal data; (j) spam, phish, scrape or bypass security features. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.

ARTICLE 17 – TERMINATION
We may end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Orders already confirmed remain governed by these Terms. The articles on intellectual property, Contributions, statutory warranties, liability, personal data and governing law survive termination.

ARTICLE 18 – LIABILITY
Information on the Services is provided for general information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Zreeba is not liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or the rights you have as a consumer under statutory warranties and mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be considered severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

ARTICLE 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failing to exercise a right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms, together with the policies published on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Services.

ARTICLE 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

ARTICLE 22 – COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at zreebastore@gmail.com. We commit to replying to any complaint within 7 days and to working with you towards an amicable solution.
If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers, who may in particular apply to the court of their place of residence.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit their scope.

ARTICLE 24 – CHANGES
You can view the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update them; the Terms that apply to an order are those in effect on the date of that order. We will notify you of any material change as required by law.
